We are located in a nature reserve!

Our lake houses are located in the reed belt of Lake Neusiedl. Due to this special location, we must inform you about the increased risk of fire. Handling open fire (smoking, torches, candles, charcoal grills, etc.) is strictly prohibited in- and outdoors! Experience has shown that even green reed can burn explosively.

Smoking ban!

Smoking is prohibited inside the house, on the terrace, and in the entire beach resort (reed belt) for safety reasons!

Due to the special quiet location, parties, etc. are not allowed. From 10 pm to 7 am, the right to peace and quiet of the residents must be respected. Any noise must be avoided.
