The "Lake house Romantic" can be booked from April 15, 2023 to October 15, 2023. Reservations are valid upon receipt of a written confirmation.

Pets:
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please do not leave your pet alone in the house when you leave. Pets are not allowed on the beds.
Important!!
Our houses are located in a nature reserve and in a quiet location (parties, etc. are not allowed). From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please respect the right to peace and quiet of the residents. Avoid making any noise.
Due to the special location in the reed belt, we must inform you of the increased risk of fire. Handling of open flames (smoking, torches, candles, charcoal grill, etc.) is strictly prohibited even outdoors!
Smoking is prohibited in the house, on the terrace, and throughout the beach resort (reed belt) for safety reasons.
Cancellation policy (according to ÖHVB):
Up to 3 months before the arrival date: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the booked arrangement
Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the booked arrangement
Within the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the booked arrangement
In case of no-show: 100% of the booked arrangement
Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (selectable when booking on our website).
