Pets:
Pets are only allowed with prior consultation.
When leaving the house, the pet must not be left alone in the house. Pets are not allowed in bed.
Important!!
Our houses are located in a nature reserve and in a quiet location (parties, etc. are not allowed). From 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, the right to night's sleep of the residents must be respected. Any noise must be avoided.
Due to the special location in the reed belt, we must inform you of the increased risk of fire. Handling open fire (smoking, torches, candles, charcoal grill, etc.) is strictly forbidden, even outdoors!
Smoking is prohibited in the house, on the terrace, and in the entire beach resort settlement (reed belt) for safety reasons.
Cancellation policy (according to ÖHVB):
Until 3 months prior to arrival date: no cancellation fee
Until 1 month prior to arrival date: 40% of the booked arrangement
Until 1 week prior to arrival date: 70% of the booked arrangement
Within the last week prior to arrival date: 90% of the booked arrangement
In case of no-show: 100% of the booked arrangement
Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (selectable when booking on our website).
